SplunkAOAgentControlBridge

Bridge Agent Control telemetry into the active Splunk AO logger hierarchy. Bridge rules:

Events are converted only when the logger has an active trace parent.
Events are converted only when their trace_id and span_id match the current Splunk AO trace/span context advertised through the public provider.
Events that fail validation or do not match the active context are dropped safely rather than attached to the wrong logger hierarchy.
