Cisco Cloud Control is a unified platform for agentic operations. Use a single login to operate supported Cisco products and third-party environments from a central place, identify issues earlier, and investigate them with shared context. You can use Cisco Cloud Control to:
  • Monitor assets, relationships, alerts, and AI-identified anomalies in one place.
  • Interpret issues, make decisions, and take supported actions using the Cisco AI Assistant.
  • Bring teams and AI agents together in a single workspace to investigate issues using AI Canvas.
  • Relate AI infrastructure health to agent and model behavior, security, reliability, and cost efficiency using the Agent Observability app.

Access Agent Observability in Cisco Cloud Control

To use Agent Observability in Cisco Cloud Control:
  1. Log into Cisco Cloud Control.
  2. Select the menu from the header. The Cisco Cloud Control menu
  3. Under Apps, select Agent Observability to access the Overview page.

Use Agent Observability in Cisco Cloud Control

The Agent Observability Overview page summarizes the performance, token usage, cost, signals, controls, and trends across your projects and Agent Streams. The Agent Observability Overview page in Cisco Cloud Control On this page, you can:
  • Filter by project, Agent Stream, or time period to focus your view.
  • Select the link icon in the Signals generated panel to open the signal in Agent Observability.
  • Select up to three evaluators in the Evaluator trends panel to monitor trends over time. The Evaluator trends panel on the Overview page
